Seymour Costilo was born on 5 August 1919. He was the son of Samuel Costilo and Bessie Smilansky. He married Ruth Pripstein, daughter of Meyer Isak Pripstein and Anna Slass, on 30 July 1940 at Manassas, Virginia; as Seymour COSTILO, 22, stock keeper; father Samuel COSTILO; mother Bessie SMILANSKY; and Ruth PRIPSTEIN, 21 ; father Meyer PRIPSTEIN, mother Anna SLASS. He died on 18 August 2015 at age 96.
