     Lejbko Kosower married Leja Kosower, daughter of Fajbus Kosower and Ruchla Chanowicz, at Andrzejewo, Ostrow, Lomza. He was born on 10 March 1889 at Andrzejewo, Ostrow, Lomza. He was the son of Mordechai Kosewer and Chava Chaya Chachol.
     He immigrated on 8 September 1923 to Ellis Island, New York, as Lejbko KOSOWER, aboard Zeeland from Antwerp; wife Laja in Ostrow; en route to brother Morris GROSSMAN, 68 Shendon Avenue, Brooklyn (in fact, brother in law.) On 26 November 1923 while living at 11 Pitt Street, New York, New York, Lejbko Kosower filed Declaration of Intention with SDNY as Leib GROSSMAN, shoemaker; born 10 Mar 1888 in Lomza.
