     Annie Harkawi was also known as Hannah Arkawy. She immigrated on 25 February 1898 to Ellis Island, New York, as Chasche ARKAWA, 11, aboard Friedrich der Grosse from Bremen; last residence Krinock [Krynki], en route to grandmother at 447 Stone Avenue, Brooklyn; traveling with Chasche DIMANT, 22, also from Krynki. She appeared on the census of 18 June 1900 at 498 Stone Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, as Hannah ARKAWAY, 16; born Dec 1883; immigrated 1897. She appeared on the census of 1 June 1905 at 1576 St. Mark's Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, as Annie LEPOSKY, 21; in U.S. 7 years. She appeared on the census of 1 June 1915 at 1181 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn, New York, as Annie LEPOWSKY, 30. She appeared on the census of 8 January 1920 at 1010 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn, New York, as Annie LEPOWSKY, 33. She appeared on the census of 10 April 1930 at 1429 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, New York, as Annie LEPOWSKY, 44.
