     Ida Garber married Isidore Harkavy, son of Yosel-Chaim Garkavy and Chaya-Leah Gabovich. She was born on 8 April 1885 at Russia. She was born on 1 March 1890; per husband Isidore's 1926 Petition for Naturalization. She was the daughter of Kushel Garber and Tanya Tobi Borowick. She died on 27 July 1973 at Bartlesville, Washington, Oklahoma, at age 83.
     Ida Garber was also known as Ida Harkavy. On 12 May 1936 while living at 2154 Grand Avenue, Bronx, New York, Ida Garber filed Petition for Naturalization with SDNY as Ida HARKAVY, housewife; born 20 Apr 1885 in Yeziory; witnesses Millie OSHEROW, housewife, 1745 E. Burn Avenue, Bronx; and Isidore HARKAVY, fish dealer, 2154 Grand Avenue, Bronx. She appeared on the census of 12 April 1940 at 2154 Grand Avenue, Bronx, New York, as Ida HARKAVY, age 55.
