He married Sarah Segalovits, daughter of Hayim Shmuel Segalovits, on 3 November 1886 at Vilna, Vilna, Vilna; as Khatzkel GARKAVY, 31, of Novogrudok, son of Gershon, and Zara SEGALOVICH, 21, of Pruzhan.
