Eva Harkavy

     Eva Harkavy was born circa 1904 at New York, New York. She was the daughter of Joseph Harkavy and Sarah Feinberg. She married Jacob S. Raff, son of Samuel Raff and Jennie Cohen, on 15 January 1928 at Ambassador Mansion, E. 115th Street, New York, New York; as Jacob S.
