Sara Szmuszkowicz was born on 1 February 1907 at Mir, Novogrudok, Minsk; per Lodz Registration Cards 1916-1921. She was the daughter of Zelman Nochim Szmuszkowicz and Gena Proschansky. She died on 24 May 1938 at Zdunska Wola, Sieradz, Kalisz, at age 31; as Sora SLUCKI, aged 40, wife of Josel SLUCKI and daughter of Zalman Nochim SZMUSZKOWICZ and Genia PROSZCZANSKA.
