Obituary says he is survived by wife and three sons: Hyman LEVENTHAL and Max LEVENTHAL of Kingston and Burnett LEVENTHAL of NYC, as well as two daughters: Sara, wife of Israel NOVAK of NYC, and Anna, wife of Morris LEVENTHAL of NYC.
