Rochla Fisz was born circa 1866. She was the daughter of Moszk Fisz and Gitla Wierzba. She married Abram Gerszk Lipka, son of Lejbka Lipka and Frejdla Gruszkiewicz, in 1883 at Nowogrod, Lomza, Lomza.
