David Romm

     David Romm married Dvoyre Garkavy Romm, daughter of Rabbi Yoysef-Betsalel Garkavy and Tserna Ita Strashun. He was born in 1823 at Vilna, Vilna, Vilna. He was born circa 1825 at Vilna, Vilna, Vilna. He was the son of Rabbi Yosef Reuven Romm and Mirka Matlya unknown. He died in 1860 at St. Petersburg, Russia; died while consulting with doctors.
