     Rokhel Fromberg was born circa 1865; aged 24 at marriage in 1889. She was the daughter of Moszek Gdalia Fromberg and Rajzla Braun. She married Shlomoh Aryeh Harkavy, son of Elhanan Harkavy and Fajga Jablonska, on 19 June 1889 at Warszawa, Warszawa, Warszawa; as Szlioma Lejb GARKAWY, 27, son of Ajzyk GARKAWY and Fajga JABLONSKA of Szczucin; and Ruchla FROMBERG, 24, daughter of Moszek Gdalia FROMBERG and Rajzla BRAUN. She died on 25 May 1927 at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York, New York; as Ruth HARKAVY, age 62; widowed; father Henry FROMBERG, mother Ruth; 30 years in US; customary residence 9 Meadow Lane, New Rochelle; buried Mt Zion Cemetery 27 May 1927; funeral arrangements undertaken by son Philip HARKAVY.

She appeared on the census of January 1920 at 520 W. 139 Street, New York, New York, as Rose HARKAVY, age 53; no employment; immigrated 1899.
