He married Odes Nejmark, daughter of Ick Nejmark and Mirka Krymkiewicz, on 3 January 1893 at Andrzejewo, Ostrow, Lomza; aged 21 at marriage. He married Rywka Nejmark, daughter of Ick Nejmark and Mirka Krymkiewicz, on 26 June 1895 at Andrzejewo, Ostrow, Lomza. He married Ginendla Malier, daughter of Israel Colman Malier and Fannie Weiss, on 17 January 1911 at Andrzejewo, Ostrow, Lomza. He died on 12 December 1945 at 2315 Cropsey, Brooklyn, New York; as Max KUSHER, 73; rabbi, butcher trade; father Reubin, mother LEFT; widow Gussie; buried Beth David Cemetery.
     He emigrated on 24 December 1912 from Hamburg, Germany, as Mordche KUSCHAR, 37; baker; last residence Andrzejewo; aboard Hamburg to New York. He immigrated on 8 January 1913 to Ellis Island, New York, as Mordche KUSCHER, 37; baker; aboard Hamburg from Hamburg; last residence Andrzejewo; closest kin Genendel KUSCHER, Andrzejewo; en route to brother-in-law Chaim DEMOCHER, 390 Grand Street. On 9 February 1922 while living at 140 Ludlow Street, New York, New York, Mortko Kuszer as Mordche KUSHER, filed Declaration of Intention with NY County Supreme Court; 44, baker.
