He was the son of Ajzyk Szajko Slomski and Sora Gitla Drejarz. He was born in March 1881; per 1942 SS registration. He married Raszka Kijek, daughter of Gerszko Tewel Kijek and Sora Boczkowska, circa 1898. He died on 14 February 1946 at Brooklyn, New York, at age 65; buried at Mount Hebron; headstone has Yosef Tzvi son of Ajzyk Yeshayahu.
