Rabbi Yoysef-Betsalel Garkavy

     Rabbi Yoysef-Betsalel Garkavy married Tserna Ita Strashun, daughter of Rabbi Samuel Strashun. He was born circa 1809. He was born in 1813; per Elhanan Harkavy; per 1816 Revision List. He was the son of Rabbi Eliahu Garkavy and Gitl Kamir Kaminer. He was born in 1817 at Vilna, Vilna, Vilna. He died in 1873.
