Joe Beane

     Joe Beane was born circa 1900 at Poland; per 1930 Census. He was the son of Fejwel Buniewicki and Fruma Ethel Garkavy Buniewicka. He was born on 20 April 1900; per SSDI. He married Muriel Beane, daughter of Sol Golubsky and Sure Golubsky, on 19 June 1933 at Brooklyn, New York. He died on 12 February 1957; buried at Montefiore Cemetery in Beane family plot.
     He immigrated on 1 July 1914 to Ellis Island, New York, as Jossel BUNIWITZKY; age 17, tailor, aboard Kroonland from Antwerp; last residence Dermir [Mir]; closest kin father Feive BUNIWITZKY, Minsk; en route to brother Max BUNIWITZKY, 312 E. 4th, New York. He was naturalized on 11 March 1924 at 71 Ridge Street, New York, New York; Certificate 1939845, according to Petition for Naturalization of wife Muriel; New York County Supreme Court Naturalization Petition Index, 1907-24. He appeared on the census of 7 April 1930 at 225 S. 1st Street, Brooklyn, New York, as Joe BEANE; age 30; waiter, restaurant; immigrated to U.S. 1914. He appeared on the census of 15 April 1940 at 371 S. 5th Street, Brooklyn, New York, as Joseph BEANE; age 39; waiter, restaurant.
