Philip Lidofsky

     Philip Lidofsky was born on 15 July 1881; per 1918 SS registration. He was the son of Haime Lidofsky and Chana Meierowitz. He was born circa 1882 at Slonim, Slonim, Grodno; per 1920 Census. He married Enny Harkawy, daughter of Yudel Itskov-Bendetov Garkavy and Rishe Bloch, on 23 June 1907 at 287 Madison Street, New York, New York; Philip LIDOFSKY, 25, carpenter, 111 Henry Street; father Haime LIDOFSKY; mother Chana MEIEROWITZ; and Enny HARKAWY, 20, 287 Madison Street; father Juda Leib HARKAWY; mother Rishe BLOCK; officiated by Rabbi Israel ISAACSON; witnesses David GRODINSKY and Jacob LASHITZKY; NY marriage certificate 16528; n.b. her address was that of Mordechai (Max) HARKAVY family. He died in November 1974 at Bronx, New York, at age 93.
