Henia Bigdorowicz was born on 20 July 1822. She was the daughter of Aron Bigdorowicz and Ruchla Zarembowicz. She married Moszka Zalcberg, son of Osior Zalcberg and Etka Sznejer, on 1 February 1840 at Ostrow Mazowiecka, Ostrow, Lomza.
